Welcome to judi2u. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and judi2u ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the judi2u website located at https://judi2u.cam and all related services, games, features, and promotional offers made available through the Platform.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and must not register an account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" — The registered user account created by a Player on the Platform, used to access games, manage funds, and receive promotional offers.
• "Balance" — The aggregate of real-money funds and/or bonus funds held within a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" — Non-withdrawable promotional credits credited to an Account in connection with a promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements before conversion to Real Money.
• "Deposit" — A transfer of funds by a Player into their Account using any of the accepted payment methods, including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, DuitNow, FPX, and cryptocurrency.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required under Platform policy to confirm the identity, age, and residency of a Player.
• "Platform" — The judi2u website at https://judi2u.cam, including all content, software, interfaces, game titles, and ancillary services accessible thereon.
• "Real Money" — Funds deposited by a Player using their own money, excluding Bonus Funds, denominated in MYR.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The minimum total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds (or winnings derived therefrom) become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the Bonus Funds received.
• "Withdrawal" — A transfer of eligible funds from a Player's Account to the Player's designated payment account, subject to verification requirements and these Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on judi2u, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. The Platform is strictly intended for adults. We enforce this requirement through mandatory KYC verification and reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Personal Account Use: You must be registering and using the Account solely for your own personal recreational use, and not on behalf of any third party, business, or organisation.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion order, whether placed through judi2u or through any third-party responsible gambling scheme.
• Single Account: You must not hold, or attempt to hold, more than one registered Account on the Platform at any time. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be suspended and the associated funds may be forfeited.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be true, accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information and must promptly update us of any changes.

To use the full functionality of judi2u, including depositing funds and placing bets, you are required to create a registered Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal details including your full name, date of birth, email address, and contact number.

Upon registration, you will be required to complete our KYC identity verification process. This process requires submission of valid government-issued identification and may include proof of address and proof of payment method. We reserve the right to suspend Account access pending successful completion of KYC verification.

judi2u supports a range of Malaysian payment methods to ensure seamless deposit and withdrawal experiences for players across Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and throughout Malaysia. Accepted methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, DuitNow, FPX, and selected cryptocurrency networks.

judi2u offers a range of promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday rewards, and referral programmes. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that apply in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion.

All games available on judi2u operate under specific game rules published within each title's interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules prior to wagering. judi2u accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.

All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems that have been independently audited for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in individual sessions. Past results are not indicative of future performance.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on judi2u and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering an Account while under the age of 21, or assisting any person under the age of 21 to access the Platform.
• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account using false, misleading, or third-party identity information.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other software designed to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or loopholes in any manner that results in an unfair advantage or financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in table games, poker, or any other format where such collaboration would constitute cheating.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or distribute any part of the judi2u Platform or its content.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward judi2u staff or other players.
• Circumventing any geographic restriction, account suspension, or self-exclusion measure imposed by judi2u or a third-party responsible gambling service.

judi2u is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and protecting the welfare of our players. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If it ceases to be entertaining or begins to cause financial, emotional, or personal harm, we encourage you to use the tools and resources available to you.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Players via Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits & Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Accounts are restricted for gaming during this period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent closure of your Account. Self-exclusion requests are honoured without delay and without requiring the Player to provide a reason.

All content on the judi2u Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, images, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of judi2u or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of judi2u's intellectual property may result in Account termination and may give rise to legal action. If you believe that any content on our Platform infringes upon a third-party intellectual property right, please contact us at the address provided in Section 15.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, judi2u and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Losses arising from changes to the Platform, game offerings, or these Terms.
• Any losses attributable to your breach of these Terms.

judi2u's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

judi2u reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold, cancel, or void any pending withdrawal, bonus, or winnings, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity.
• Instructions from a regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement body.
• Where required to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

In the event of closure due to a breach of these Terms, judi2u reserves the right to retain any balance held in the Account as damages to the extent permissible under applicable law. Where closure is for reasons other than breach, any legitimate Real Money balance held will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following satisfactory verification.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Voluntary closure requests are processed within one (1) business day.

judi2u reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address registered on their Account, and a notice will be displayed on the Platform for a period of at least 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you may close your Account in accordance with Section 12 before the effective date.

We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of the current version. The date of the most recent amendment is displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction under which judi2u holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the relevant competent authority or arbitration body designated by our licensing jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal dispute proceedings, we strongly encourage Players to contact our customer support team in the first instance. The majority of disputes can be resolved efficiently through direct communication, and our support team is committed to investigating and responding to all complaints thoroughly and within a reasonable timeframe.

Formal complaints may be submitted in writing to our support email address set out in Section 15. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 7 business days.
